Although the agent who works with you to list your home or find a home for you to buy isn’t an employee of Relocal Move, they are affiliated with the most experienced real estate brokerages in the nation.

Not at this time. If you have already signed a buyers brokerage agreement or listing agreement to sell your home, Relocal Move cannot help you at this time. Please contact us after your listing has expired or if you are not satisfied with your current buyer’s agent.

In most cases you will be contacted by an agent on the same day or next business day. If you are not contacted by an agent within two business days of your phone call with Relocal Move, please call us back for assistance.
The partnering broker we work with in your area will assign one of their best agents to handle your purchase or sale, or both! If you are unhappy with the professional assigned for any reason, just let us know and we will have our partnering brokerage assign another agent to you right away.
All rebates will be mailed in the form of a check and received approximately 21 days after the date of closing.
The minimum sales price is $150,000 to be eligible for a full 20% rebate. Properties bought or sold between $100,000 and $150,000 are eligible for a partial 10% rebate and properties bought or sold under $100,000 are not guaranteed any rebate but are still eligible to be paired with an excellent agent.
Absolutely not. The more you buy and sell, the more you save! This is not just for homes, as you can receive rebates for any property bought or sold through Relocal Move as long as the property meets our minimal requirements.
